Or it’s just my tought? When I the first time I saw DA, it’s like the fraternity club of artist on internet, we show our artwork and our progress, our portfolio, discuss many things here, and heck, some of us probably got a lover here..

... and then the rise of social network came. I admit that I’d prefer post my work on Instagram, because it has more audience and it’s simple. When I wanted to look for inspiration I come to Pinterest. When a professional artist makes a portfolio, they upload it to Behance. When they wanted to sell it, post them to Etsy.

My DA account is never been checked for more than a year, and looks like some of DA account I’ve watched is slowly fading out and exist in one of the site above, or make their own blog. Well not most of them of course, some of them are loyal. Look at fanfics, which is also gives DA a stereotype of “home of fanfiction” (I’ve read it somewhere on Reddit) where I can found a simple 50 shades of Grey story, to a nice, rendered 3D graphic of Marvel superhero, you’ll find it here.

I’m planning to post some stuff again on DA, but most of them just to Pinterest stuff...

What do you think of DeviantArt? Is it just like I think, or else?

so I'm officially poor: graduated, unemployed, had no earnings, no bank account, no access to free internet, still under parent's financial support, and of course, lot of free time. Well I submit for civil servant (yes, sounds lame, that's what it translated) as a teacher and wait for the test schedule, untill then, I have lots of free time for craft things! yay!!
However I decided not to focus on miniature anymore because I think it's quite messed up to work with, and I rarely can make money with it, and because I have a plan to open an online shop, I need to see what's in around my place.
A rough search through local online shop on Instagram and google around, I found some stuff that I could make in batch and sell, some of the stuff will be uploaded here of course, specially the WIP stuff and the finished product will be upladed on my Instagram.

almost a whole year i'm not post any journal entry!!! yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa
so this is what i doing recently:
- been start a career training as 8 grade teacher since February (i teach social studies BTW)
- start my thesis for bachelor degree (it's about classroom action research, and it's frustrating )

because I have to focus on my college, I have to gave up my hobby. I packed all my sculpting stuff, and fill my table with books and any education related stuff. I feel like lost something, honestly, but that's the risk; hobby is a distraction if you living with different achievement, the ones is follow your passion, and the other ones is being respect for your parent that always have a plan for your life, no matter how much you disagree. I believe my parent always choose the best for my life, so I follow their plan: shape me as a scholar, and work as a teacher, or perhaps, a college lecturer. it's obviously contrast with my passion to work on creative industry.

however, I have a sight that everything is connected. one day, I can work as an artist and also as a social studies teacher. one day...

....for unknown period of time. even tough it's holiday, i just...lazy to do some clay work. actually i have a trophy commission right now, and today just getting to finishing stage, but hell...i'm REALLY lazy to done it. what i want just play games now.

therefore, seems like i can't online on DA for longer time, so pardon me for anybody who sent me note, i just can't answer it in several minute (this journal entry even takes 20 min )

again, pardon me, i just can lurking around for now. perhaps at the end of January i can submit my trophy WIP.
